Dr. Meghan Huang

Dr. Meghan Huang is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adults (18+) work through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and trauma/PTSD.

Clinical Expertise

Dr. Huang has specialized training in treatment of PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, including gold-standard treatments for PTSD such as Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). She also has extensive training and experience treating depression, anxiety, and related conditions, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Unified Protocol (UP), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Dr. Huang’s approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive, and authentic relationships. She is committed to providing evidence-based, culturally-informed therapy that provides clients with effective, research-backed skills tailored to their unique values, identity, and lived experiences. 

Education &Training

Dr. Huang earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rochester. She completed her predoctoral internship and subsequently a clinical postdoctoral fellowship in trauma recovery at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center, specializing in evidence-based treatment of PTSD and co-occurring disorders. She now provides supervision and training to other therapy providers.
