  • We offer a free, brief 15-minute phone consultation to help you decide if therapy with us feels like the right fit. This is a chance to briefly discuss with your therapist what you're looking for support with, ask questions, and learn about our approach. It’s not a therapy session, but a no-pressure way to get started. If it’s not the right match, we’re happy to provide referrals. To get started, you can Contact Us to set up your initial phone consultation.

  • During your first session, we will discuss your goals, explore your concerns, and collaborate on a personalized treatment plan. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the therapeutic approach best suited for you.

  • The number of sessions and frequency varies based on individual goals, presenting concerns, and progress. You and your therapist will discuss a treatment plan together at the start and regularly check in together about progress towards your goals.

  • We provide personalized care by considering each client’s unique goals, background, cultural identity, and life experiences. Treatment plans are flexible and adapted using evidence-based strategies to support growth and resilience.

  • Evidence based therapy means your therapist uses approaches backed by research that have been proven to help improve your symptoms, not just ideas that sound good or rely on intuition. This is therapy grounded in science, designed to help you make meaningful change.

  • We prioritize understanding each client’s cultural, social, and identity factors. Therapy is tailored to honor these aspects, fostering an inclusive, respectful, and empowering environment. This means that our goal is to give our clients effective strategies that are tailored to who they are, not just what they are going through.

Therapy Process
